Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the sp00ky website, documentation, open-source library, and any managed cloud services offered under the sp00ky name (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Open Source License

The sp00ky library is provided under its published open-source license, which accompanies the source code. Nothing in these Terms modifies the rights granted under that license.

The Service, including its branding, design, and documentation, is owned by sp00ky and its licensors. Except for rights expressly granted to you in these Terms or in the applicable open-source license, all rights are reserved.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, circumvent, or disrupt the Service; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; (c) send malware or unlawful content through the Service; or (d) use the Service to infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. sp00ky does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sp00ky and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
