It applies to the sp00ky website, documentation, and any managed cloud services offered under the sp00ky name (the "Service"). The sp00ky open-source library runs on your infrastructure and does not, by itself, send any data to us.

We collect a minimal amount of information, in two categories:

  • You give us: account information (such as email address) when you sign up for managed services, and any content you choose to submit (for example, support messages or feedback).
  • Collected automatically: basic request logs (IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamp) and aggregate analytics to measure usage and reliability.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate important updates.
  • Detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, or security issues.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service (such as hosting and analytics providers), under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection agreements, or when required by law.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the Service working, remember preferences, and understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

5. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet our legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
